dont look at it like "girls fall for assholes, while genuine guys dont get noticed at all" you have to realize what attracts girls and follow it. for example, confidence is a big thing from what i've heard.

girls like to be told how nice they look, and how beautiful there hair is and usually are blinded by the compliments and how smooth there voice sounds... if you want the girl, talk to her!!! staring usually just creeps us out
