I believe the OP ment something more along th lines of hair cut, how they style it, and how well kempt it is. I am Blonde. I have 4.0 on 4 point GPA scale and I am in the gifted and talented program. In fact, I know over 20 smart blondes. Don't stereotype.

A buzz cut screams efficiency. All my brothers get buzz cuts because then they don't have to do anything with their hair. They also buy those bottles where it's shampoo AND body wash.
