I'm such a hypocrite. I say "like" often, but completely subconsciously. It just happens. And when I'm trying to explain something really cool or important, pretty much every other word that comes out of my mouth is 'like', 'cos I get so excited when I'm explaining that I trip over my tongue and.. yeah..

When girls do it they can get amazingly irritating because of high and squeaky voices (I'm a girl, but I don't use the word as often as a lot of girls.) But for some reason, when a guy does it, people barely notice -- or is it just me that doesn't notice?
