Why, people do it all the time, but since I had a good breed of dog and there was "usually" a line for our puppies we didn't have to do it as much as we did with kittens...

That's so cruel! D: Believe me, I understand that there can be a need to do that, but to be so sadistic and awful about it is what makes me mad. Animals are living creatures too, just like us. The fact that we have the power to put them down in the first place is enough; is it really necessary to make it so inhumane?

I believe the video was shot in Bosnia, and good. Dogs are nice. But killing them is not. Especially if you're cruel and sadistic about it. "Hahahah, I just made a puppy scream and I drowned it!!" No, that is not something to be proud of. Puppies are cute, trusting, defenseless animals. It should not be fun to hurt them.

She was enjoying herself. At one point you can hear her go "Wheee!" as she tosses the puppy. And the fact that they filmed it gives off the vibe they were proud. Animal cruelty is everywhere, not just limited to one country.

I hate how you use Russia for that. Well now you've seen puppies drowned in Bosnia, does that mean all animal cruelty happens in Bosnia? No. Stop stereotyping. This might be a bit of my nationalism taking over here, but I'm just mad you saw ONE example of animal cruelty in Russia and now you assume all of Russia is like that. There are thousands of cases of animal abuse going on in America, people just don't bother taping it and sharing it with the internet.
