I YYA'd because it's a joke, and also technically right, because no one does that. Actually, the resume is reviewed first, which takes a long time. Then each person is given an interview to see who they are. Now you know what (from the resume) and who (form the interview) they are. Then, if they're bing hired specifically to be in a team, they are observed to see how they work together. No one hires a team on just a 10 minute interview, so yeah, you can't.
