The majority of our ideas about how men and women should act are social influenced, not biological. They're the result of society, culture and history. There's nothing biological that draws women to dresses and skirts and men away from them, it's social and historical. Likewise, social conditioning from birth is what makes women meeker, more submissive, and "feminine", rather than any strong innate reason.

To be fair, equality can be only achieved when femininity is no more and no less than masculinity. The current stage of society encourages masculinity as means of empowerment, and that's a natural step for now.

The OP hasn't posted since March. I don't think they made it as a "get back into the kitchen" post, but as a "girls should be more ladylike, dainty, and effeminate" post.

Well most girls I know don't go around doing disgusting things like letting out a huge burp or farting in public so... And maybe if guys would act less like litte boys, huge pansies, or even acted more chivalrous to all girls not just pretty ones we wouldn't seem like we're acting masculine all of a sudden...

I'm not talking about masculinity and femininity in the sense that masculinity is burping and farting, or femininity is wearing a skirt and sitting with your legs crossed, but in the masculinity is dominant, aggressive, assertive, and femininity is submissive, emotional, and weak. Like, maybe those aren't as locked in boxes in modern society, but there's generally traits that as seen as typical or expected of men, and typical or expected of women.
