Somebody should definetly make a soap that dosen't hurt when it gets in your eyes, amirite?

I dunno, they have that Johnson's baby soap, but I just think getting anything in your eyes is gonna hurt in some way or another. Oh, I'm actually thinking of the shampoo... but still.

Well, technically, if it's a good soap, it would be impossible to make one that wouldn't hurt when it got in your eyes. A good soap should be a base (pH above 7), and if it's going to get in your eyes, the base is going to be an irritant. If it didn't hurt in your eyes, then it wouldn't be a good soap.

Baby Tearless Soap, we have it at our house. Being the stupid person i am, I tested if it hurts when it gets in your eye. My results? Considerably less, but still irritating >.<

It's called "No More Tears" by Johnson & Johnson. The reason it's marketed toward children is because they figure adults are smart enough not to get soap in their eyes.

You don't WANT a "tearless" soap though. Soap is already weak as it is. "Tearless" just means "With 10x more water than usual!". The original soap was a stronger base than now because it was pure and not filled with water. It would literally take the skin off of you. That's good soap. You are then very clean. Now, they take that and put so much water and perfume in it, you're paying for the smell, the plastic from the bottle, and the water with maybe 10% of the contents really being soap. I got sort of off-topic. Oh well.
