Why are you trying to belittle basketball players' talents just to make your skateboarder-loving self feel better? Obviously both sports are extremely difficult to master and take time to develop the right skills. Neither basketball players nor skateboarders are better than the other just because they play one sport over the other.
Play a basketballer against a skateboarder and the skateboarder would definitely lose. Like the anon above me said, what's your point?

They never said that one was better than the other. They were just stating somthing they noticed, just like every other post on this website. Why are y'all being so negative?
Obviously there was an agenda to this post, if you don't see that they you're just being naive.
That's not quite a fair comparison. Getting it into the hoop is quite a minor task vs. A kickflip which, if I'm correct, is quite advanced. A better comparison would be getting it in the hoop and standing on a slow moving skateboard; or doing a kickflip and spin move with the ball around a defender and then dunking backwards.
There's no need too get butt hurt over this, you guys are taking way too much offense.
