+213 Just the Tip' of the day: Ladies, when you expect a guy to be completely honest with you, I laugh. You women wear heels- you're not that tall, you wear makeup- you don't look like that, you color you hair- you are not a blonde.. Everything about you is a lie and you expect a man to tell you the truth?! .. amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't wear high-heels, I wear VERY little make-up, and I have never dyed my hair. Take that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Very little means you still wear make up.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do all of the things you said except dying my hair, but only because I'm just too scared to do it, and I think honesty is overrated. I think in a relationship, the most important thing is having fun :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm sorry. You're right. I forgive you for lying about sleeping with your secretary. It was wrong of me to wear high-heels and mascara on our date last night.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But you're insinuating that all guys sleep with their secretaries.. that's just stupid, I don't even have a secretary... If you approach me with the 'Not all girls wear makeup and high heels,', then I tell you it is not fitting them into a stereotype, 95% og girls DO wear makeup and high heels... It's just completely different...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

and 74.6% of statistics are made up on the spot. Like the one you just wrote.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Statistics are completely subjective. You do not know if I am lying and I assure you that 99% of statistics you have seen or heard or even said are false. Plus, it is completely off the point I was trying to make, you point-diverger.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

um girls cheat too STUPID

by Anonymous 13 years ago

well all of that stuff can be figured out by just looking at the girl, well maybe not the hair part.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

douche bag...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Please explain to me how he is a douchebag? I think he has a great point.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I suppose he does and it's not okay to say he's wrong if any of that were true for you. But what if he's totally off base? What then?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think this is directed towards those whom it applies to, and isn't implying that everyone woman wears make up.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

He's a douchebag because wearing makeup is not lying. Wearing makeup is an improvement in appearance, and not lying about where you were, who you were with, or what you were doing. Males know when a girl is wearing makeup or heels, so it's not a lie.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Just because we know you're doing it, and it's not verbal, doesn't make it less of a lie. Guys have skin as much as girls, and they (for the most part) don't wear make up. And for a relationship to work out, eventually he's going to have to see you without make-up. Justify it however you like, it's still a lie.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't wear heels, I don't wear make-up, I don't colour my hair, I absolutely look like this, all the time, and I really am blonde. Take that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I forgot to mention, I am 6 foot

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you missed the point of the post -_-

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No, I understood what was trying to be said, but the point is invalid. He generalized, and it was wrong.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

no morally, but factually

by Anonymous 13 years ago

"I really am blonde. I forgot to mention, I am 6 foot." ^ that's what i'm referring to. OP isn't talking about whether a girl needs to be tall or blonde, it's awesome for you if you are...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you obviously dont know what generalize means...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hehe, this is a funny post :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I guess you're right. Wanting to hide my skin discoloration on part of my fair by wearing a little bit of cover up is horrible. I should really start to be a better person.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

um i'm pretty sure the guy posted this was talking about lying, and if you just told all of amirite (at least everyone who read your comment) youre not lying, and he WONT CARE

by Anonymous 13 years ago

We do all of that for the guys. It's not like we enjoy the ridiculously high heels that hurt like hell or spending an extra 20 minutes on make-up in the mornings and a ton of money on getting our hair just right. Come on.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yes. Because we guys all care SO MUCH about all that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yes, you guys do; you just don't realize it. Consider a girl who wears make-up to one who doesn't. I bet you any amount of money you'd find the one wearing make-up to be more attractive.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

no, actually, i insist mine looks better without any, or with only a little. and don't get me started on lipstick.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

They probably wouldn't if the girl was covered in orange powder and you could barely see her face... :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No I wouldn't. I can't stand girls who wear too much makeup. I'd much rather choose a girl who's confident in her natural beauty. And who the hell are you to tell me what I would do?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

most guys think high heels are stupid Go Lanz!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

hahaha this post made me lol :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

In the wise words of Drake: Hit the gym step on the scales stare at the number You say you dropping 10 pounds preparing for summer And you don’t do it for the man, men never notice You just do it for yourself you’re the f-cking coldest http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3v0xE9aF6I

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i love drake <33 what is this song called again?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Uh, it's called "Fancy".

by Anonymous 13 years ago

oh yess! i LOVE that song idk whyi didnt recognize it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I love that song.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

quoting thiss

by Anonymous 13 years ago

amen.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't wear heals, because I'm already tall, and I hate it. I do wear some mascara, because my eye lashes are very light blonde. Also, I never dyed my hair, but I am naturally blonde. But, I still voted this average, because I hate fake girls that dress like hoes, wear pounds of make up, and dye their hair every other week.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You voted this 'average'? Uh, wrong site.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

^^ PWNED

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I hardly think that being "honest" with your appearance is the same thing as being honest about things girls expect guys to be honest about. (relationships, cheating, lying, etc.) In my opinion, it's definitely NOT on the same level.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

true, true

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This post is not generalising. I genuinely have never met a girl who hasn't worn or doesn't wear the TINIEST amount of makeup. It's just really really really common, and the post is not referring to the girls who DON'T do that, so it is not generalising at all.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

where did you buy your dictionary?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I can't believe the amount of morons commenting on this site. Are you males all under the age of.. 16? Makeup enhances features; it can't make a beauty out of a monster. Heels are shoes. They make us taller, but shoes in general do that. We are improving our appearance, not lying. If you're so shallow as to take a little makeup and high heels as a lie, CONSIDER THE HOMOSEXUAL LIFESTYLE.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

OP is an idiot, but honestly open your eyes if you think there are more idiotic guys on this site than girls.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This is stolen word for word from Chris Rock's HBO special. How did no one notice that? Its about how men lie more often but women tell the biggest lies, like 'its your baby'.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well I don't dye my hair, wear high heels or make-up, but I don't expect guys to nice or truthful to me anyway. :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Lying doesn't correlate to all that you just listed. Are you a moron?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Makeup and lying are two very different things to be comparing like that. Hell, I shave and wear deodorant. Does that make me a liar? Let's take it further: how about the clothes we wear? Don't people wear certain styles of clothing because they think it makes them look better? What about people who mod their cars? I could go on for a while, but I'm not going to. Yes, these things may be "fake" but they're purely for aesthetics. Your argument is weak... very weak. Also a lot of the counter-arguments here are stupid. Excuse my essay.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I believe that he's right. I'm a girl and i'm saying this because yes, most girls do hide behind make up because they are not comfortable with how they look guys hide behind lies to make them sound manly, to be fair i don't see the difference.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The difference is, we don't usually hide it. Heels, dude, I didn't sprout 3inches overnight and get shorter the next day. Pretty obvious. Makeup, you can see it on my face, and there is some in my bag. My eyes don't naturally have black lines around them? My eyelids aren't naturally gold and sparkley? No shit Sherlock. Hair dye, well, isn't as obvious, unless your roots are showing, but hair doesn't randomly change color either. And I bet 9 out of 10 girls will say yes if you ask if they dye their hair (as long as they do).

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Being fake is NOT the same as lying. Wearing makeup or a certain kind of shoe is NOT the same as lying about important things. Not even the same level. If you think a girl dying her hair is equivalent to a guy lying about an affair, you are a moron.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

this kind of made me laugh but i also hav to agree tat there is a difference between being fake and lying when girls wear heels or makeup and dye their hair they don't necessarily try to hide it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

haha, I agree with the first part-- no one is entirely 100% honest all the time, male or female.... but I don't think it's a lie when people wear heels or make-up or dye their hair. That is fashion. Your skin is not red. You are wearing a red shirt. Hopefully, you are smart enough to know, hey, that person didn't just grow four inches. She doesn't have blue eyelids. That eighty year old is not a brunette. If someone tries to trick you into thinking that they are four inches taller, or have blue eyelids, or are a brunette, then that is a lie, but I really hope that you are not so gullible.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well excuse me for trying to hide my cancer with makeup.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do not wear make up, I don't wear high heels, I have never dyed my hair. I will now expect complete honesty. Those are superficial though. It doesn't affect who they are inside. You KNOW they're wearing make up, you KNOW they have high heels on and who the heck cares if they're blond or not? Will being taller make you a better person? Will being a natural blond mean you won't break someone's heart? At least you know they're lying about that kind of stuff, we ant you to be honest about what's important.
