+300 When someone sighs, their breath kind of sounds like their voice, amirite?

The word sigh is an onomatopoeia, so it sounds like what it is.

Because it is their voice? Talking is just air escaping our lungs, and our throat, mouth, tongue and lips shape the words. Cats can meow breathing in and out, humans can only talk breathing out.

I can talk breathing in.. ??? It sounds bad but its possible .. I think someone once even commented on how Icelanders (since I am one) tend to say like "yeaaah" or something, sometimes while breathing in.. Idk! :)

I can distinguish between people by their sighs/coughs/sneezes/hiccups.
