My math classroom in 7th grade was just a room with empty dark gray walls and one really lonely and humungous sign by the marker board that said "MATH CURSE." On top of that, the teacher was old, really short, had that "burnt" gray hair look, and a really monotoned voice. Scariest shit ever.
