You've never actually seen anyone gossip around the water cooler at work like they do on TV or in movies. So, either it doesn't ever happen or you're the one they gossip about and they walk away when they see you coming, amirite?

I usually gossip at my desk, or a co-workers desk, or at the office kitchen island. Ha. But then again, we don't have a water cooler.
