It's actually a great biofuel. It's clean burning, so it won't pollute anything. Henry Ford used it as a fuel in his cars. In fact, he grew industrial hemp at his home. (:

Industrial hemp doesn't have the THC levels high enough to actually get you high. They also harvest it before budding, when fibers are the strongest. So, unless you want to smoke leaf, which no one really does, you aren't going to get any pot from it anyways. This isn't really an attempt to please stoners.
