1. I've never seen that. 2. You do't just "become" anorexic and if they adopted that behavior, there is really no way to tell from a picture. Anorexic =/= Skinny. That's like saying "Wow that person used a large word... they have a degree from Harvard."

I fucking hate how anorexic is now synonymous with "skinnier than normal". My best friend is skinny as fuck, practically skin an bones, but she is just fine and has a BMI of 19. Fuck you, OP, and everyone who uses anorexic so interchangeably with skinny. We as a society are getting over fat-shaming by skinny-shaming. It's horrendous and disgusting.
