what do you mean by trying to be...like personality or literaly getting fat on purpose?

like people who want to be fat for some reason. I know a girl who did this, she's tall and skinny but she always wears this belt over her tshirt that's suppose to be fashionable or whatever but it actually makes her fat bulge.
