My cartilage. She said yes, but I can't get it pierced in a legitimate shop until I'm 16, and I won't go to Claire's or anything because they use a gun and aren't trained.

Weird... I got my industrial and tragus done at 14 and my bellybutton when I was 15. And, like Clara, I got a (lip) piercing done in another country (also in Brazil) when I was 13. Is it your state's law that you can't get pierced before you're 16?

I got two cartilage piercings from Claire's. It was fine, but I got an older woman rather than some younger person. I would recommend going to a shop that specializes in that like you plan on doing, though.

Just get the stuff and pierce it yourself. That's what i did for all six of my ear piercings and my lip piercing. I'm planning on piercing my belly button next. Super excited.

Earrings: Yes. I was 10, and all my friends were exchanging earrings and it IRKED me. Nose, Second earring: Yes. Nose was when I was twelve, second earrings were when I was thirteen.

Yeah, but just my ears. I regretted it later because I've got some freakish tissue disease, so I scar easily and my ears never healed. The skin just grew over the piercings. It's quite disturbing, really... Didn't know that beforehand, though. Bah well.

I got my ears pierced when I was 10 and then I begged my mum to get a second piercing when I was 11 and she said I could if I tidied my room haha.

Yup, and it got me my nose, lip, bellybutton, tongue, my ears pierced twice, and gauging the first set... I usually ask my dad though, he loves piercings and tattoos :D

When I was 15 I asked to get my bellybutton pierced. My dad paid for it, he said it was because he wanted to see me cry at the needle haha. I didn't just because. Since then and since I turned 18, I've gauged three of my ear piercings and pierced my septum as well as getting 5 tattoos. I think I like tattoos better.
