I think God always existed TO US, and He made this singularity of energy, then converted the fourth spatial dimension to time (pressed 'play') and the big bang happened. I don't think God always existed in an absolute sense, but is older than anything we know of or can comprehend, so to us, He has always been there. He was there before the universe, our forever, so it's as if He has always been there. However, He may belong to a higher dimension where there are multiple Gods each with his/her own universe, like how to our Sims, we are their only human, but we live in a world where there are many humans many with their own Sims universe. We existed before starting the game, so to our Sims, we are also perpetual beings. In that case, God and the rest of His species, if it exists, was created by their own God, like humans, Forerunners, and Precursors in Halo. Note that this does not undermine God's authority or absolute-ness in our universe, just that He may not be the top in His environment, but still is in ours.

I can't believe you honestly say you like science and then post this kind of shit. All you do by saying that one god was created by a more superior god is push back who created the most superior god. flawed logic

I believe I said in an older comment that at some point in a higher dimension the most superior was made by a 'cosmic accudent'. I choose to believe that there is a God who was created in the accident, but I don't rule out the possibility of there being more levels.

That question was the first thing I questioned about religion. I was 5. (sorry that none of you care about this comment i think i'll hide in a corner now)

Man created God.

I believe that this is true, even if there is a god. *_* Like, if we didn't randomly decide he was there, we wouldn't know he existed. So even if he is real, he's in our minds, and even if he isn't real, he is because we made him so.
