I would've thought the other comments were indication enough. I don't know why programming would be brought into your thought process when I said Scrabble. Usually when you play Scrabble and you get a Q, your first instinct is to look for a U, so that you can form some kind of word with it. By saying, "I have a Q; all I need is U," I'm making a pun like "all I need is you," thus the pick-up line.
