Alright, after doing some research of my own, I need to make some corrections 1) While the Nazi party theoretically had socialist motives, under Hitler, they were pretty much abandoned. 2) There were some elements of Socialism involved - namely government run corporations (Daimler-Benz, while technically independent, was one of these) 3) Fascism was largely more integrated after Hitler had been in office awhile: this was after he had already accomplished his socialist projects.
