It depends... Do you count those websites you use when you're a kid to "create your own website" ? Or creating a website that you can veiw in a browser, but no one else can? I took a webdesign class, but I never actually bought a domain or anything. Wow, that was a cool story.

I remember reading every article on lissaexplains.org? .com? It was pretty fun making a site when i was younger and being easily impressed by tables and background photos haha
