My dad is a taxi driver, he's had his fair share of tickets lol:)

I'm pretty sure that it's illegal to pull them over while they're working, like it is with bus drivers, unless they're a serious danger to other motorists (like if they seem to be driving drunk). I know that with bus drivers, if a cop sees them doing something illegal, he reports the incident to that bus's dispatcher.
