+659 On children's television shows, characters usually never date outside their race, amirite?

and society wants to teach kids not to be racists....so start with their shows!!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Its teaching children the right way to do things. Stick to your own kind.

1. You probably made that comment anonymous because you don't want people to bash you. 2. Judging by that comment, you're a close-minded asshole.

It's an obvious troll...

What age group are we talking about? 'Cause I have an exception to the rule. Boy Meets World <3 Sean and Angela.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was going to say that! haha

True Jackson VP- True and Jimmy

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I mean... naturally we're attracted to our own race.

(Your+name+(optional)): Thats not true at all

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's not false, either. I find white girls a lot more attractive than girls of any other color. So do most of my friends. It doesn't make me racist; that would be like saying me being straight makes me sexist.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's still not true. I generally find white men and asians equally attractive. (I'm asian)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Your+name+(optional)): What are you talking about? Asian guys are hot.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Sam and George on Popular? Though that wasn't a kids show.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Or outside their own species for that matter

by Anonymous 13 years ago

how are kids ever going to learn to be open-minded?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

After all, who doesn't want to date a duck?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Haha. You know, there's an anime where a guy actually does end up dating a duck.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

OH! Darren and Ginger from As Told by Ginger on nick. It was sort of a kids show.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Numbuh(yes, that's how they spell it) 2 and Numbuh 5 of Kids Next Door. c: Though it's not in the series, the last episode hints(pretty heavily) that they later get married.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Darren and Ginger, any given KND couple, the parents on Secret Saturdays, Sokka and Suki, Katara and Aang, Skeeter and Beebee, Ben and Julie from Ben 10, Green Lantern and Hawk Girl from Justice League, Jake and Rose from American Dragon Jake Long.

Notice the generalization: USUALLY.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But I usually see a fair amount fo both.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

A teen show but: That Asian girl and Artie from Glee. But they broke up :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Rachel and Finn.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I thought they were both white???

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Rachel is Jewish.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Is she ethnically Jewish or is that just her religion?

by Anonymous 13 years ago
