It was something that was blown out of proportion too. Wasn't it something to do with the design of the floor carpets that made it when people put their foot down the throttle got stuck under the carpet?

I'm not sure, I didn't follow it too closely, but that would surprise me in no way considering how many warnings people apparently need on things nowadays.
