It was still confusing as hell. They saw the rocks hermione threw at hagrid's cabin, even though that was hermione from the future. The future hadn't happened yet, do them using the time turner at all was undefined yet.
Buckbeak never died in the first place, if you payed attention you'd know that before the time turner scene, Buckbeak didn't really die, what they saw was the executed chopping a pumpkin. They showed that in the time turner scene after rescuing Buckbeak.
That part always confused me. In the first run-through of that scene, Hermione threw rocks, but Buckbeak still died. Harry cast a patronus spell, but Sirius was still taken to the towers. There didn't seem to be any definitive line as to what happened and what didn't.
Back To The Future? That movie is amazing and I'd have to say, incredibly accurate, introducing a tangent in time when other decisions are made or other events occur.
They're in the Order of Phoenix at the Ministry in the Department of Mysteries. Harry (or Luna/Ginny/Ron/Hermione/Neville, I don't really remember) knocks over the shelf they're on and they all shatter.
They were all destroyed by the ministry in the sixth book, and thy weren't just an around the house object. They were pretty exclusive, Hermoine only got one to keep up with her school work. Harry and his "gang" couldn't have possibly gotten ahold of one. There weren't any plot holes 👍
It was in the books first.
Watch any Doctor Who feature film and then tell me Harry Potter is the only movie to do such.
What was the plot hole in Time Traveler's Wife?

Hm, only read Azkhaban with time turners, oops!

Does the fact that we never saw the Time-Turners again after Prisoner of Azkaban count as a plot hole?

They probably weren't used again because they would've made things way too easy for Harry & crew.

It was probably Neville :P. Still, you would think that someone might have one in their house or something.
