Well, women that have the ability to make more money shouldn't complain. The ones who always make the guys pay wouldn't need a man. They could make it on their own.

I'm a female and I don't expect men to pay much of anything that's mine, let alone everything. I would, however, expect him to chip in a little bit if we split a dinner bill, or lived in a house together. I also work really hard and plan on becoming a doctor, yet I still might earn less money. Not all females are like that. PS; sorry for taking this post so seriously. D;

Oh, I'm sorry are all women like that? No? Then stfu! I've paid for my boyfriend on dates before, and he's paid for me. Most women like knowing they can hold their own because we're all about our rights nowadays. If a women can't pay her bills, of COURSE her husband/boyfriend should help, he wouldn't want her to be living on the streets or something! But the women who are just too damn lazy to pay for themselves aren't the ones with a man.

Careful when you say "majority", just because you've dated bums who can't pay for their own meal, then that doesn't mean all the guys are like that.... Also you're all about your rights? I'm pretty sure I saw an episode of a show, maybe "The Man Show"? Where men went around UNIVERSITIES saying, "Let's end women's suffrage" and MOST women agreed that it SHOULD be ended. Now there you can use "majority", because this survey was taken over a period of time over different areas. Also you don't hear about how materialistic guys are... it's not diamonds are a guys best friend. Or chocolate or flowers. Guys are the ones who are used to buying the expensive things for women on special occasions while the women buy an $80 tie

Obviously, you date bitches. And no, I've dated guys that can pay for themselves, and they offer to pay for me, but I don't let them. Ever. Unless I can't pay for it for myself for some reason. Ok, show me this video/article. I would love to see it. The phrase "Diamonds are a girl's best friend." is so outdated. I HATE large flashy things (whenever I get married, I want a SMALL ring, not something flashy), and I prefer very small pieces of jewelry. Most girls I know would hate to have a huge diamond. And chocolate and flowers? Dude, chocolates are NOT that expensive, and girls really appreciate a single rose, or something romantic like that. It doesn't hurt to drop 3 dollars. And of course we like chocolate, it saves us when we're PMSing!

I wouldn't say most, certainly some. No one I know thinks that the man should pay for everything, and I went to an all girls school. Me and my boyfriend live together and we pay half of all the bills and usually pay half each if we go out to eat. Sometimes he'll be nice and take me out or buy me something nice, but I'll do the same for him.

Actually if you look at why women will more commonly make less money is that they're often in more safe (not construction, firefighters, etc) working conditions, in lower positions (it's a stereotype to have a female secretary for a reason) and may have less education. I've talked to my professors and they've said that the higher up you go in business education the less women there are, and most of my professors have taught in many places throughout California.
