+230 its weird that when its cold your nose runs..(all that body heat crap doesn't make it better) it would be so much more logical for them to freeze. amirite?

I found in the summer when it got really hot my nose ran too.

When it is cold, the nose has to work overtime to warm up air that is inhaled. Your nose produces four cups of fluid and mucous a day, only so much of that can fall to the back of the throat and be swallowed. Mucous and secretion production increases to warm the air, and your nose runs because some of it has to drip out the front of the nose because you have an excess supply. :D
