I always thought, and I'm not alone on this theory, that those extravagant costumes and sets were in the performers imagination. You know, what they are imagining it COULD be, rather than what it actually is. Choreography is time consuming, but I doubt Schuester is charging them anything to teach it. Also, OMFG, da showz on da teeveez is not REAL?! HOLY KR@P!!!!!

That's why Figgins needs to completely eliminate their budget so that my Cheerios can have proper funding. We need 12 tigers for our new halftime routine and to buy them I'm going to have to sell one of my confetti cannons. I'll probably just steal the tigers, now that I think about it...
