She does mention wizard schools in France and most likely Bulgaria though *points at Goblet of Fire* So it's quite likely there's at least one wizarding school in america in the HP universe

there are tons of wizarding schools all over, hogwarts is just the best, and i think you could potentially send your child anywhere, but the salem witches institute would be the only one in america disclosed by JK Rowling
