more satirical, playing on how everyone always feels like they have to praise something right when they're exposed to it, in this case Harry Potter, and praising it like there's no tomorrow. hence the phrase "In Dobby We Trust" instead of "In God We Trust" plus I fucking loved Dobby so that's another thing in itself.
