In my opinion your life is worth more than the baby's. There's a chance that that baby won't survive to be sexually active or have some disease or condition that makes them infertile. Whereas you are already at that point and can have another child within a year.

If the mom dies suring child birth chances are so does the child. Better me than it if it's avoidable. I'm a parent, and in no way do I concider my life to be more important. If you were one, you'd understand.

It depends. Like, if I already had other children, I might not want to give up my life for the baby because my other children would depend on me to take care of them. Or if I was a single mother, because if the baby was born and I died, who would it have to take care of it?

Fuck no. An already born and thriving human's life is more important than a fetus. I'd try again with another child so that we both could survive and so that the baby could have a mother to raise it.
