LOL, now I'm going to be forced to recommend you look me up on facebook... That's sort of what I wrote on my bio. Whenever I try and tell them they lied to me about something and I want a refund, they yell back, "NO refund or exchanges - you'd think we'd keep you if it was possible?" Joking
