+295 One in thirty people have twice as many taste buds as the average person and are considered super tasters, everything that they eat has a more intense flavor than a normal person would taste. You now wonder if you are one of these people because you can't really describe the intensity of a flavor if you think it is normal, amirite?

not gonna lie those are probably fat people.

Why would the amount of fat cells in your body affect your taste buds?

why wouldn't your taste buds affect the amount of fat cells in your body? if everything has a more intense flavor, than wouldn't you be inclined to eat it more?

That's a pretty poor argument. People's weight are not only determined by the amount of food they eat. A healthy person can eat quite a lot of food and remain skinny if they exercise properly.

well no kidding. but a person could eat quite a lot of food and then NOT exercise properly.

But I believe the point of this post was, the person that has the different taste buds probably see them as normal.
