It would be a hard case to prove, but I'm all for trying! We'd probably have to suspend that law in a case of same-household as well, otherwise that would be a mess.

It would be a bit hairy. I just get so annoyed because half the people in my house are incredibly inconsiderate when they're sick.

Eh, I understand what you're saying, but even in we did have the tech to prove exactly who got whom sick, I wouldn't support this law. True, some people are just ridiculous and inconsiderate, but there are some sicknesses that become contagious before even showing any symptoms.

It isn't a serious proposition for a law. I've been home sick for the past four days because my sister never sanitizes her hands after blowing her nose, etc. and I just thought to myself, if people had to pay for getting others sick, they'd think twice before sneezing on everything.
