+237 How one chooses to look reflects their personality, just like how one chooses to act reflects how people see them. It is a healthy balance that makes up an outward and inward persona. Saying things like "It's what is on the inside that counts," though it is a good message for developing children, shows a lack of self-actualization. Although I expect most of you to disagree, amirite?

I was surprised that so many people agreed with me. But I think grammatically, it could be interpreted both as disagreeing with me and agreeing with me. Oops. haha

i guess you're half right... but that message is really supposed to mean don't judge people by how attractive they are. Of course how you present yourself is a reflection of who you are, but some things just can't be helped. For example, if you have really crooked teeth, an unbecomingly large nose, and a misshapen face people will treat you differently that if you were a gorgeous person, unfortunately.
