+294 It'd be funny watching all the MLIAers die if Justin Bieber were to star in part 2 of Deathly Hallows, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

No it wouldn't because Beaver would be starring in the Deathly Hallows prt 2.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You must be an MLIA-er.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm sorry you must have misunderstood. MLIA stands for My Life is Average, not My Life is Angry.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

um i think a lot of people would die if bieber would star in tht one. but tht would never even happen so lets not even talk about it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That kiddo can't act. or anything else.

by Anonymous 8 years ago

Man... That would have been a great April fools joke. If they had made a realistic trailer with him in it I mean.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

we would all die.

I have nothing against the Biebs, but keep those damn, mob minded, squealing, mentally undeveloped, intellectually lacking tween girls AWAY from Potter! If I hear some little girl talking about how great Potter is, but when asked why is only able to reference when Robert Pattinson starred in it, I WILL choke a bitch!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Because anyone who likes Justin Bieber must be a mob minded squealing mentally undeveloped intelectually lacking tween girl, amirite? (and no, i'm not biased-- i don't like his music and am indifferent to him, and have seen all the Harry Potter movies and have read 5/7 of the books, trying to obtain the 6th one currently.)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Weapons down, pal. I'm gonna commit social suicide here and admit that I find most of what I hear of Beiber's music actually catchy. Like I said, I have nothing against him. This proves that no, you don't HAVE to be a mob minded tween to like Beiber, but be logical here. Most fans of Beiber and Twilight ARE exactly those squealing little demons I'm talking about and you know it. You also can't logically deny that the starring of Beiber in a Harry Potter film would bring masses of those little hell trolls to the theaters and create flocks of posers claiming they loved Potter all along yet wouldn't be able to tell you what an o.w.l. is. P.S. why can't you get HBP?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I want to get HBP soon-- I just need the right opportunity to go to the bookstore :o I do agree about posers being annoying-- I had a girl come with me and my friends to the first part of Deathly Hallows, and every 5 minutes she's like "who's that?? what does that mean??" and then later her Facebook status was something like "Deathly Hallows was soo0o0o0o0 good!!! HP nerd fo-evah <3" But yes, it would bring those flocks. It'd be funny seeing the rabid "my life is wizard"-ers die, anyhow.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about. Now, imagine that X 1,000,000, clogging up all cons like Twilight just did recently at comic con. Anyway, she actually liked that one? DH1 is probably my least favorite of the movies right after SS. What did you think of it?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Sorcerer's Stone was alright. I hadn't yet started the books till DH1 (that's actually what got me thinking that I should read the books) but my least favorite is OotP. Harry's so angsty and bitchy and that one, although at least it makes him not a Mary Sue. But the whole book was just kind of not-fun. Not like I expect it to be like "OMG WE'RE AT HAGWAHURTZ SO MUCH FUN AND MAGIC AND SPARKLEZX" but you know. :s Anyway even worse was I thought the movie was an awful interpretation of the book.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

S'been ages since I've read OOTP, and last time I did, I was too dumb to appreciate books half as well as I can now, though, unfortunately, my short attention span and lack of ability to pick up on subtle symbolism still leaves books beyond my complete grasp. Guaranteed I won't hate it on my second read, as any book that introduces Luna Lovegood is ok by me. Fantastic character, her. I think the biggest hack job, though still an entertaining film, was POA. They easily left out about half of the story behind the death of Harry's parents, which is kind of a crucial plot point. In the books, we damn well know EXACTLY how Pettigrew betrayed James and Lily. In the movie, we're pretty much left with only the assurance of Lupin and Sirius that there was a betrayal and Pettigrew was the perpetrator. (cont'd)

I feel the same about SS. It was just ok. It was mostly just setting up the magical world and showing the day to day life of a hogwarts students with a little bit of Potter grandeur sprinkled in every now and then. What was your favorite movie

by Anonymous 13 years ago

OHGOSHFINALLY. You're the first person I've met who seems to appreciate Luna as much as I do. I love Luna so much, even past her awkwardness that she doesn't notice. She's awkward but she's not stupid, which is kind of the first impression J.K. Rowling seemed to make, intentional or not. That's the only part I liked about the OotP movie, was when Luna and Harry had that scene; except for the random hand-grabbing, that was just weird. SS was indeed just okay-- a lot of the jokes were really cheesy (except when 11 year old Draco said "like neville's FAT ASS!" which i never seemed to pick up on when i was younger.) And yes, they left out a lot about Harry's parents, they just focused on like OMG *HE'S* BACK. VOLDEMORT'S BACK.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

the quote was "If the fat lump had given this a squeeze, he would have remembered to fall on his fat ass" :P. Anyway, I love Luna. She is who she is and she's more comfortable in her own, unusual, outlandish skin than most of us could ever hope to be. I love her! You never answered what your favorite movie was so far. Mine right now is probably HBP, though I have a feeling DH2 will knock it off the top spot. If it was done anywhere near properly, it will.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ohh sorry haha-- I'd say Chamber of Secrets, because it wasn't so "sparkles and rainbows" but not so "EVERYONE YOU LOVE IS DEAD". It still had the "magic" and amusement of Hogwarts without the cheesy jokes or any of that. But I haven't seen HBP in a few years so it could be, too. I do remember someone being disguised as a chair.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Correct! That was near the beginning of the movie when Professor Slughorn was trying to hide from anyone pursuing him. (been ages since I've read the book, but I THINK the DEs wanted him for his potionmaking skills.... though that would be kinda silly, considering they all thought they had Snape... The Potions Mastah!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Most of amirite would probably die too.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My God, I would die.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's not just MLIA-ers that love Harry Potter and hate the Biebs. Most people do.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

amiriters would too...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

he should make a cameo during the battle

by Anonymous 13 years ago

LMAO yes. just his head pokes out from behind a bush or something.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

or he could just be chilling out on the side while harry defeats voldemort. but i would love if his head pokes out from a bush

by Anonymous 13 years ago

actually no it would be so much better if he played harry's son in the aftermath

by Anonymous 13 years ago
