I'm not 100% sure but I think this is how it goes... On a certain date a load of people uploaded a lot of porn to youtube. They did a news report and did like a screen capture of the comments. One of the comments was, "im 12 and wat is this?" Thus the meme was created. Again I'm not 100% sure, but yeah.
