It's weird to think about language. We have so many things stored in our brain, that we can send any message to someone else verbally. There isn't a single thing that we understand but can't tell someone else, amirite?

I think what the OP is trying to get at is that we have developed to the point where almost all feelings and thoughts can be conveyed through language and be understood by others.
