No. They should have plain cans and can sealing machines and soda dispensers so you can make your own custom sodo.

Buying a can of soda from a machine one at a time would be tedious and much more expensive.

Convenience store closest to where I live DOES do that. I don't really like soda so it's no big deal, but it's incredibly popular with the rest of my town.
