by Anonymous 13 years ago

Why? It's cuz its Japanese. Japanese don't have "plural" words. Hence, sushi, ninja, etc.

I say "Pokémen". It just makes sense.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That would make sense if it was called "Pokeman" but it's not...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But I'm Jamaican.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well i think it's because Pokemon is already an abbreiviation for pocket monster(s) so theres no sense in abbriviating it more

The actual plural for platypus is platypodian or platypodians. (Depending on the form in which it's used). And now you know :)
