If you want quarters you can put a $5 into a vending machine and then press the return money button and it will shoot it out in quarters

No what I was getting at was a machine that would literally make a 20 into 1s/5s/10s which is unfortunately impossible (an atm couls work but its not the same as I was talking about)

It's not impossible but not really needed we have cashiers that can do it
