Not Shrek OR Ice Age, they've only made 3 or 4 of them.... @930034 (528491): I'm pretty sure they said it was the last one, that's why it's called "The Final Chapter"

the joke I was making was that even though the title clearly states it's the last and you're right they've said it is, they'll still find some way to make a tv show, prequel, or "Shrek Returns".

Yeah okay that's what I was thinking, I wasn't sure though. Yeah it always turns out to be stupid though when they try to do something like that... like have a prequel and have it when they were kids or something.... They've done that a few films and I can't remember a time I actually enjoyed it. Like Jimmy Neutron (which was always stupid), The Lion King, Aladdin, Tarzan (Aladdin and Tarzan were okay), and tons more.... They usually have a good idea for the film, but then they get greedy and have to continue it and end up ruining it for the fans and coming up with half ass crappy story lines for the next ones or the shows

Agreed. Most times when sequels, prequels, etc. don't ruin a movie it's because the movie was crap to begin with.

Yup, another one is the Emperor's New Groove, because when they're making the first one they usually pay for good script writers and good actors and everything, but in the sequels they hire no talent losers for EVERYTHING

The thing about it is at least personally I never liked it, it was the same overused, cheesy, half ass story about a wonder dog.... I agree though they're abusing the fuck out of it
