Depends on the location of the fight. Narwhals would have a big disadvantage if the fight was on land. However, if it was in the water, it would be a little more difficult for the polar bear.

Polar bears can swim at 20 mph Narwhals can swim at 125 mph, polar bears are 11 ft tall narwhals are 16 ft long w/o horn, Polar bears weigh 1400 lb narwhals weigh 3,500 lbs, polar bears have 3 in claws and it's teeth narwhals have a 9 ft tusk... I'd say narwhal takes it
