+195 If you live in a well known state, city, or country such as New York, California, England, etc., you understand why people love to visit where you live but you don't get why there's all this hype about it until you're away for a long period of time and you start really missing all of your hometown relics, amirite?

I hate that people always assume the cities though. If you say New York most people think New York City

Because that is what people were given to visualize; nobody is going to think of New York and think of it as an important agricultural state and that 23% of the land is for agriculture.
