+416 There is a point when water gets so hot that it feels like ice, amirite?

It actually takes your brain a second to determine whether something is hot or cold anyway. If you were to close your eyes and have two faucets running: hot and cold. And not know which was was. When you put your finger under it, you wouldn't take it away straight away. It takes about a second.

Not really cause that's a reflex. You will feel the temperature after you've actually removed your hand.

OK, but when you touch something really really hot for a long time knowing it's hot it still feels cold.

I have four Plantar's warts on my foot, and I have to try to freeze them off every week. You have the hold the applicators on the warts to the point where the ice feels like you're being stabbed. It is the worst pain I have ever felt.

The tears aren't from joy, I'll tell you that much. And just realized your name in relation to my previous comment. That's a funny coincidence.
