you stand in a doorway and push the back of your hands against the door frame for about a minute, then when you leave the doorway, they float up. like magic :D

i did this when i was little and i just did it again now and it is the most freakin amazing thing ever you have to press really hard for a full minute.. your arms and hands should be kinda hurting
