Also if you changed the music. My friend once showed me a clip from a horror movie, but the music was changed to Dora the Explorer music or something. It was hilarious.

Or adding music where there isn't supposed to be. There's music almost the entire time in Inception, except the scene in the dream where the train is running cars over and everyone's shooting at each other. Because it's different, it gives it a harder edge.
