There are lots of different ways, but I like to write an A (for awake) on my hand and everytime I see it I remind myself that Im dreaming. If it becomes a habit, eventually you will do that in your dream and find out that youre dreaming.

I can lucid dream, and I'm very young. I rememer telling my friends (before I know about the subject) "about this thing where I was still awake, but dreaming, kinda like I knew I was dreamin and I could control it." and then i would ask them if that's happened to them and there like "nooo...freak." haha. so I googled it up and it's called "Lucid dreaming" and i wss like OMG!!! haha. and I read about this thing called an epic dream, where you have a life changing dream, which happened to me. I had a dream when I was very young where I appearently woke up from my dream ( I didn't) so I switced over to the wall part of my bed near the left side, and a hand came out and grabbed my leg. to this day I'm still terrified on sleeping near the wall and even cried histaricially once when my dad made me bc I was scared. So yeh I'm pretty special...haha nooooo I'm not.
