-248 In the second Harry Potter movie, the spell for taking Harry to Dumbledores office was "sherbet lemon," that sounds more like ordering ice cream than a spell amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It was actually supposed to be "lemon drop" because in the first book he tells Mcgonagall that he has become fond of them, and I guess the movie people changed it for some reason or another. But yeah, it wasn't meant to be a spell.

I just realized what I said was partially wrong, in the UK books, the password IS sherbet lemon. My bad.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It changes each year, isn't the same just because he likes them doesn't mean its his password. It clearly states the password is sherbet lemon in the second book, it was different in the sixth book too.

Trust me, I am a huge Harry Potter fan, I know that it changes. I meant to write second book in my first post. I wasn't saying it was his only password, I was saying it was a password and not a spell.

Oh rigghhhhht

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It was a password, not a spell, in the books.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Still.....

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's a password, not a spell. If people would just read the books...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's related to magic, though, since the door opens magically when the password it said. Sounds like a spell to me.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

show me where it says that "sherbert lemon" is a spell and i'll give you all the money i own because it's a password. read the books.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I noticed it while I was watching the movie.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

*eating chips.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

:sigh: not a spell

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think we've been over this douche nozzle.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Go eat some chips and play nice.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

@Zubat, no need to be an asshole

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You sure?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Quite

by Anonymous 13 years ago

positive?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i think someone is a little upset the bears lost

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Go back to your chips.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It was the password to get into Dumbledore's office, not a spell.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's not his fault he didn't know. He couldn't hear the movie over his doritos

by Anonymous 13 years ago

its a password and supposed to be dumbledore's favorite sweet...like how in the 6th book the password was "acid pops" another favorite of the headmasters

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't think that anybody could like acid pops. They are actually acidic, Ron said one nearly burnt a hole through his tongue

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Anybody who likes earwax flavored jellybeans. Has the right to like acid pops

by Anonymous 13 years ago

He has magic..duh :p

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Alright people, I think Zubat understands it's a password after the six comments saying so, so there is no need to say it again

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Hey did you guys know it was a password and not a spell?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm still on the fence about this. A few dozen more people need to say this before I'm able to come to a conclusion.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's a secret code with a magical effect.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

no i think she just wanted food

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This post= a good example of people being dumb and just trying to get posted.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Dumbledore office password changes everytime he gets a new favorite candy. In theast one, it's something different than "lemon sherbert"

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't think Cockroach Clusters were a favorite candy of his, nor Acid Pops.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Actually, they were. Reread.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wait. Is he ordering sherbet or ice cream? Or chips?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

it's a password, not a spell. and it makes sense because he's DUMBLEDORE.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe if you stop eating chips, you might be able to hear the movie.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Why do so many idiots feel the need to correct this post? Regardless of whether it's a password or spell, the point is he said sherbet lemon. Geez, Harry Potter fanatics are the worst.
