I enjoy being prank called because then I can bug the caller with nonsense and ruin their goal of annoying me.

I do something similar; harass telemarketers with irrelevant issues. "Do you have life insurance" "Have you ever thought about mosquitoes? Do you suppose they bite vampires?" "Uh..." "I wonder if Edward Cullen ever gets bitten by mosquitoes?" "Ma'm..." "But there wouldn't be any mosquitoes in the closet..." *click*

Prank calls, in my opinion, are meant to entertain the caller and anyone else listening in, not the victim.

Prank calls are only good if the person if they buy whatever bullshit you're pranking them with. This usually involves them freaking out.
