Well considering she little girls' all around the world ideal, it is kind of wrong. Maybe not legally wrong (I'm not sure) but morally wrong.

In the US it is illegal in: Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Virginia, California (but legal for minors to possess), Maine (and illegal to possess if under 18 years old), Maryland (and illegal to possess if under 21 years old).
